Indications

Advocate is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis) and the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis). It also treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis), roundworms (Toxocara cati), hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme), and lungworms (Aelurostrongylus abstrusus). This product is suitable for cats and kittens 9 weeks of age and older, weighing over 9 lbs (over 4 kg).

Possible Side Effects

The most commonly reported side effects of Advocate include temporary irritation at the application site, such as redness or itching. In rare cases, pets may experience vomiting, lethargy, or loss of appetite. If any adverse reactions persist or worsen, consult your veterinarian.

Precautions
