AMANTREL 100MG is not recommended to be taken while you are pregnant or breast feeding. AMANTREL 100MG is not recommended for use in newborn and infants (below 1 year of age) and it should be used with caution in elderly patients (who are 65 years of age or older). Consult your doctor before taking this medicine. The most common side effects of taking AMANTREL 100MG are loss of appetite, tiredness, dryness in the mouth, constipation and nausea or vomiting. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

HOW AMANTREL 100MG WORKS
AMANTREL 100MG is a dopamine agonist and an anti-viral agent that treats Parkinson's disease and certain type of viral infections. As a dopamine agonist, it works by increasing the amount of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain which regulates the body movements. As an antiviral agent, it works against viruses to prevent their growth and multiplication. It also stops the viruses from releasing infectious chemicals (viral nucleic acid) to enter into the body which prevents influenza infection.
